Cluster Head/City Head - Architecture & Interior Design Firm

Job Profile

1. Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

2. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

3. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

4. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

5. Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.

6. Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.

7. Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.

8. Ensure overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.

9. Engage in key or targeted customer activities. Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.

10. Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure and talent.

11. Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.

12. Report key results to corporate officers. Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

13. Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning. Assist CEO in fundraising ventures

14. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

15. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

16. Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

Requirement

1. Proven experience as Cluster Head or relevant role

2. Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.

3. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

4. Experience in fundraising will be a plus

5. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

6. Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office

7. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

8. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

9. Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
