ABOUT THE COMPANY: One of the notable companies, based in India, with operations in 3 continents. Has 11 manufacturing plants spread across the country. The company is looking for expansion and developing a new Category of product, recently invested 5000 CR.
Job Responsibility:
1.Develop & implement strategic sales plan as per zonal requirements to achieve the sales targets.
2.Prepare Zonal sales budget and implement the same for profitable growth and market expansion.
3.Focus on improving Low TP products.
4.Develop & implement plans to promote high TP products.
5.Educate Distributors/ Dealers/ Sales team to sell high TP products.
6.Implementation of MOP System across the zone.
7.Facilitate ZDs/ ADs/ Dealers to achieve their sales target, FGIs, QGIs, etc.
8.Prepare zonal level schemes and special incentive for dealers in consultation with ZD.
9.Implement national level Schemes and Incentive Policy at Zonal Level to ensure Sales Growth.
10Ensure proper In-shop branding, Signage, Festival Gate/ etc. at Distributor / dealers' outlets.
11Facilitate Sales team to monitor competitor's product, sales & marketing activities.
12Promote Institutional Sales through Channel.
13.Appointment of new ZDs / ADs/ ROs & MBOs
Should have AP, Telangana Area work Exp
QUALIFICATION : MBA / PGDM from a Premium Institute.
