Cluster Head - Branch Banking

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Cluster Head, where you'll oversee 8-12 branches, driving their successful operation and growth. Your key role will be to attract new clients, achieve financial targets, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards.

What You'll Do:

- Branch Management: Oversee daily operations, compliance, and audits in your cluster, ensuring all processes align with banking regulations.

- Business Development: Drive the growth of banking products like savings and current accounts, mutual funds, fixed deposits, and shares.

- Client Acquisition: Use innovative strategies to increase our client base and sales penetration.

- Customer Relations: Manage customer-focused banking operations, ensuring customer instructions are efficiently executed and satisfaction levels are high.

- Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with key players in various organizations to expand our business reach.

- Sales and Revenue: Take charge of sales strategies and revenue growth within your cluster.

- Leadership: Offer inspiring leadership and guidance to your team, aiming for excellence in client service.

Your Background:

- Education: Degree in any field.

- Experience: Over 10 years in the Liabilities sector, with at least 3-4 years in a Cluster Branch Manager or Cluster Head role.

- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, in-depth knowledge of banking and retail asset products, excellent communication and listening skills, confidence, and adept presentation capabilities. Proficient in research and information analysis.
