Cluster Head - Acute Division
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Acute divisions to achieve growth targets and market expansion.
- Align division objectives with overall company goals, ensuring strategic initiatives are effectively executed.
Sales & Market Development:
- Drive sales growth by identifying market opportunities, optimizing sales strategies, and enhancing customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large sales force of 4200 personnel, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness and development.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the Acute divisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure cost control measures are in place while achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure efficient operational processes and adherence to regulatory requirements across all Acute division activities.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and other external events.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on division performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to guide decision-making and strategy formulation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in sales management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
