Cluster Business Leader - Bank

- Managing a team of over 23 sales professionals; supervising the acquisition and retention of Salary Corporates along with various cross sell products- Credit Cards, General Insurance, Life Insurance and Retail Assets

- Spearheading and directing key functions such as Marketing, Business Channel Development, Team Development and Revenue Generation

- Ensuring that all laid down system and processes are followed at the branch

- Managing staff training on the bank products and sales processes

- Dealing with Internal Auditors and administering inspections and compliance

- Leading and monitoring operations and overall functioning of the branch

- Steering cost management and cost effectiveness at the branch to ensure profitability; ensuring that the branch adheres to the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) norms
