- Handling 400 Crore plus Portfolio of Cluster consisting Top HNI and High End Clients.
- Ensuring the team targets across CASA and Revenue parameter are achieved
- Conducting Weekly performance reviews and appraising them on their productive parameters.
- Enhancing engagement of Super High Net Worth clients through Joint Calls
- Ensuring Sales across Liabilities, Investment, Retail Assets, Business banking, Forex, Credit cards and Online Trading account etc are achieved at cluster level .
- Monitoring quality sales and processes in the Sales Managers Acquisition.
- Recruitment and Training of Senior Sales Managers
- Conducting Performance Review of all the Team members.
- Liaising with all the channel heads and driving business across all parameters.
- Organizing activities and events for enhancing business penetration
