Sales Account Manager:
- The person would be part of the sales team at CludoBits IT Solutions.
- He/she would be responsible for validating interest, qualifying and closing relevant inbound & outbound prospects for Outsourced Product Development services.
- The role is focused on developing the India market and will require focus on lead generation as well as sales revenue achievement.
- The person would be responsible to ensure CludoBits 's value proposition is effectively articulated through relevant discovery & 2nd level client interactions, prepare the necessary proposals and would be responsible for revenue generation through contract closures.
- Experience generating 3x to 4x pipelines for B2B sales deals in most recent role is a must.
- It is an individual contributor role wherein the person would work with a small but highly competitive and effective sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach campaigns through prospective emails/ phone calls/ LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers.
- Leverage & update the CRM with relevant information.
- Goal is to increase number of large customers and move to maximize opportunities in total account for all products and services that CludoBits offers.
- Responsible for business development in assigned region and maintain pipeline as per assigned sales target.
- Responsible for preparing and coordinating account management plans of sales proposals, tenders.
- Team handling experience.
- Required to maintain account plans and participate in regular "test and improve" sessions on current opportunities.
- Proven sales skills with end customers, preferably with channel interaction as a benefit, with at least 5-7 years proven experience.
- Excellent product knowledge and ability to apply features and benefits of products to user needs as well as proven history in learning new product sets and features and applying these to customer sales opportunities.
- Solution selling skill and knowledge/ understanding of Enterprise Application and technology.
- Ability to work with Channel and manage end user sales .
- Understanding of channel, distribution and IT market landscape.
- Strong proven negotiation skills to sell value of product and not focus on pricing.
- Open for travel across the region.
- Forecasting and planning the sales targets with respect to various portfolios.
- Designing strategy to penetrate into new accounts & retaining existing ones.
- Key role in maintaining relations with all touch-points of an organization.
- Managing multiple OEM & distributor relations.
What type of Candidates are we looking for :
- 5 years of relevant sales experience of selling software solutions/ IT services/Cyber Security (- Must have).
- Previous sales experience in India with quota/ target achievement (- Must Have).
- Technical know-how and Knowledge of IT Services engagement models (Preferred).
- Sales skills (Sales, Presentations, Price and Terms negotiation, Problem management, Account Management, Account growth, etc.
- Achieve or Surpass company revenue targets as set and revised from time to time by Direct Selling and Large Account Management.
- Sales Management, Customer Service, Accounts Management, Large Client Handling, Operations and Lead generation.
- Must be aware of the dynamic market trends & equip with latest technology.
- Fair knowledge on the high end Risc/Intel Servers & High end storage.
- Must be aware of various high end product range of IBM, Cisco, HP, Dell,NetApp, Veritas, as well Intel platforms.
- Must be aware of various high end storages products of IBM, EMC.
- Should know the fair knowledge on Vmware, Quest, Microsoft, Symantec product.
- Account mapping, Customer Relationship management, new market trends, Marketing Initiatives and usage of tools like ERP, CRM.
