Purpose of the Role :

To create and drive strong HR practices India . Offering opportunity to - build- a great team and organization. It will involve and require the individual to be both strategic in vision (especially around talent management) but also manage HR operational issues

Responsibilities:

- To be responsible for total Human Resource Management function which includes attracting manpower, launching initiatives for their retention, providing developmental opportunities for employees, help in career planning, compensation management, performance measurement/ management & assurance initiatives/ managing communication/ review processes

Main Responsibilities :

Performance and progress in the following areas will be a priority for the position :

- Responsible for Manpower planning - Attracting talent for the current and future requirements of the company, ensuring capability and building competencies

- Joint responsibility together with other managers in the company, primarily taking responsibility for Recruitment, Induction, Confirmation of candidates, Identification of Training / Developmental needs, Assessment of Potential, Delivery of Training, Assessment of Training Evaluation and Effectiveness

- Create and manage ESS

- Conduct Appraisal and co-ordinate the Appraisal process for the company including Review Sessions, arrive at Compensation related decisions, evolve and administer Performance Linked Pay, evolve and administer Communication Systems, evolve and take responsibility for Bonding / Culture building / People Well-being initiatives

- Help measure / improve and assure people capability / levels of engagement

- Evolve review / communication processes for the company and help in deployment

- Responsible for all Statutory compliances under Labour Laws

- Co-ordination with the OEM for reporting and monthly feedback mechanisms

Desired Candidate :

- Post grad qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.

- Strong operational Human Resources experience (8-12 Years) within a multinational or a professional managed company

- Computer Savvy

- Experience in Recruitment; PMS; Training Needs Identification; Statutory Compliance

- Strong communication (presentation & content) & interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in all Keystone Competencies (Credibility, Achievement Orientation, Self Direction, Team Orientation & Commitment to learning)

- Inter-personal Communication/ Flexibility/ Change Management

- Process Orientation

- Eye for detail

- Mentoring

- Interpersonal Skills
