Club Torque - Head - Technology - IIT/NIT/BITS

We are building a disruptive Business in the automotive retail service field and we are looking for young and energetic co-founder / Head Technology for the start-up venture.

The person will be part of co-founding team.

You should be willing to get your hands dirty and build a world class product, enabled by technology.

Should have broad awareness /exposure to various domains for any successful internet online-offline integration model and will lead the technology team

Programming and application development across platforms (web/mobile/call center) for selected product for customer acquisition, transaction support processes and customer satisfaction processes

User experience, Front end development, Mobile apps and devise management, Development for newer product offerings and its integration, Scalability management, Business intelligence Analytics and Data Sciences

Experience in defining market and with engineering organizations product requirements, working to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market.

Lead market, user research; develop strategy, product roadmap and design of entirely new products and product features to deliver against team and company goals

Technology rollout would be through a combination of in-house teams and outsourced expert agencies

The person should be a go getter, agility and speed, knowledge of business disciplines and posses very high

Consumer focus,Communication skills & Collaborative approach

Candidate should be B Tech / M Tech from IIT (Computer Science) or any other premium Engineering College and experience of working in start-up will be added advantage.

Compensation : Compensation would be based on equity and a salary
