Job Description:

- As HOD of the corporate club: responsible for, handling a team and in charge of the department's memberships, P&L and expenses and departments administrative and office operations.

- Responsible for the overall management of the club which includes inviting guests for membership, vetting all the applications for Club Memberships and interviewing potential club members.

- Responsible for increasing the club memberships.

- Devising policies and rules/regulations of the Club and developing procedures to achieve them.

- Identifying prospective club members through contacts and references, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets.

- Preparing and monitoring Club and Recreation revenue and expense budget.

- Develop and execute strategic plan including PR, Social Media and other marketing communication channels to support the business objectives of the club.

- Generating content for promoting all services and facilities offered at the club on social media. Managing the Facebook, Instagram and twitter accounts. Posting all ongoing activities in creative means to generate active social media engagement.

- Managing press releases to pitch for coverage in relevant high profile magazines and other media avenues without advertising directly.

- Focusing on maximum guest satisfaction by closely interacting with house guests to understand their requirements.

- Identifying VIP guest arrivals and departures and taking special care.

- Strategizing policies & procedures in the operating systems to achieve greater guest experience.

- Preparing and analyzing competition, financial and managerial reports; developing and implementing operational plans, mentoring staff and liaison with other departments to achieve highest level of guest satisfaction.
