Loyalty Program Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer loyalty and drive referrals business through Loyalty Program
- Analyze data and customer insights to identify opportunities for program improvement and optimization
- Ideate and implement effective communication materials and nudges to promote the loyalty program and drive customer engagement and referrals
- Monitor program performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the activities planned
- Oversee the complete asset development for Referral Program across online (email, web page, social media etc.) & offline
- Managing and monitoring the Online and offline lead generation, campaign effectiveness and conversions
- Maintain the engagement cycle with members through different activities and manage operations related to these activities
- Monitoring dashboards for each customer touchpoint and program effectiveness regularly to appraise top management
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in loyalty programs, referral marketing and lead generation
