Club Mahindra - General Manager - Projects Renovations - Hotel Segment

Job Description:

- Responsible for administering the end-to-end execution of projects as per budgeted cost, demand forecasts & time overruns to ensure timely execution of projects

- Responsible for project material procurement, coordinating & following up with vendors for project delivery process

- Responsible for project operations entailing defining scope, setting timelines, analyzing requirements, budget review & approval, prioritizing tasks and identifying dependencies as per preset budgets

- Interfacing with consultants, clients, design team & contractors to ascertain technical specifications, construction related essentials based on the prevalent rules

- Executing general leadership, guidance, and support to relative team members in order to collaborate, give feedback, develop plans, and reach team and individual goals.

- Study the contract documents and see project requirements

- Study Design, construct-ability and Value engineering as required.

- Study the pricing as per BOQ and local market conditions.

- Study the procurement plan and the procurement plan and the process of procurement management

- Study the site execution plans with all related stakeholders

- Change control systems (variations management)

- Risks & issues management

Competencies required:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality.

2. Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in hospitality, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

3. Skills:

- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in developing and motivating high-performing teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
