Job Description:

- Plan & Execute the Annual marketing Calendar (Strategic & Tactical level) to drive Resort Occupancy, Referrals & Revenue for Resorts & its experiences Offering (SPA, F&B etc.), in consultation with the CMO, CRO & Resort Team (Cluster heads) to drive Resort revenue.

- Strategize & Conceptualise Segmented Campaigns for Members & Resorts to increase Occupancy, Resort revenue & Referrals.

- Develop & Execute Integrated Marketing communication & Go to Market Strategies for the Branded experiences at Resorts.

- Closely aligning with the Member excellence, resort team & identifying Bottlenecks relating to Guest / member Satisfaction

- Consumer Insights / Analytical insights to drive better campaign efficiencies & resort revenue.

- Creative / Content requirements for Brand Building

- Managing of Resort Digital Assets & content

- Vendor Management.

- Identify and secure the most impactful third-party accolades/awards for Spa/Wellness/Restaurants/Holiday-Activity domains.

- Create branded experiences content for resorts that can be leveraged on various digital platforms.

- Develop special branded packages of experiences - Private labelisation of experiences.

- Driving traffic at resorts in neighbourhood cities through city based marketing

- Liiaising with other consumer companies to launch co branded experiences at resorts

- Completely aligned to developments of Competitive brands / Competition Tracking and reporting around experiences.

Key requirements -

- Hotel Marketing Background preferred

- Strong collaborative nature

- Great creative abilities

- Business Development experience and initiative required

- Understanding of consumers and creating consumer branding propositions

- Events, promotions and activations background is preferred

- Should have launched products and brands in the services space.

- 15+ years experience. MBA required. From consumer marketing organizations in the service sector. QSR, experiences, Movies, Media companies. Agency experience would be good but not a must
