Position Responsibilities\Requirements:
1 Conduct new hire training and the on the job training
2 Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including refresher training, monthly tests and call monitoring.
3 Liaison with the Quality and Operations to identify, screen and execute process improvement plans.
4 Plan and improve training workshops and projects to monitor and groom poor performers.
5 Ability to execute training tasks/ assignment on short notice.
6 Interested to deliver and contribute towards process improvement
7 Excellent communication and leadership skills
8 Impeccable facilitation and knowledge transfer skills
9 Ability to plan, multi task and manage time effectively
10 Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
11 Analysis of training and knowledge transition data
12 Familiar with different type of training methods
13 High resilience, ability to work under pressure
Skill Requirements :
- Must Have Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
- Must Have At least 2 years of experience in training as a Process Trainer
