About the role :
Looking to build a disruptive social distribution channel via social sellers selling on WhatsApp, Facebook and other social channels. These social sellers can be small retailers, housewives, students, retired citizens and many other aspiring entrepreneurs across India.
Responsibilities :
- Vendor acquisition, on-boarding and account management across various categories in India.
- Onboarding new resellers, managing and maintaining Client Servicing (resellers).
- Manage end-to-end all vendor contracting processes
- Coordination with Operations team to scale sourcing operations
- Setup the required QA, returns and exchanges processes with all the vendors
Qualifications:
- At least 4 yrs. of business development experience in online marketplaces preferred.
