Position : Executive Assistant to CEO
Reporting to : CEO
Job Responsibilities include :
- Strategic Planning & Business Development
- Track new business initiatives through reviews of the Sales/Strategy team with the CEO in line with the strategy.
- Evaluating potential newer business lines (including profitability analysis), Go No-go decision and investments required therein.
- Assisting CEO in implementation of Business Plans, attending & resolving budgeting issues
- Preparation & evaluation of Fund Raising Options, financial models for projects
- Financial Analysis & Business Operations Performance (Performance Review and tracking P&L)
- Working with the CEO in monthly Steering Committee & business reviews and timely closure of key actionables.
- Audit key business processes / support functions and suggest process improvements.
- Tracking the monthly P&L performance company-wide / SBU wise including gap analysis, budget analysis & variance, key ratios', new business profitability.
- Prepare the dashboard/MIS to the CEO on a weekly basis on operational performance.
- Prepare end-to-end quarterly / annual Board presentations and provide inputs for the CEO's report.
- Project Management
- Apex-level involvement in projects of great magnitude, complexity and speed
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Designing project specific tactics, MIS formulation, conducting Project Review Meetings (Weekly) etc.
- Coordinates with various Department Heads & operations team for progress in development of projects, timelines ec., to resolve pending issues discussed in weekly/periodic review meetings
- Follow-up & analysis of MIS statements received from various departments

- Support Business Development initiatives - prepare services deck for key business verticals, providing inputs for RFIs / RFPs of marque clients and prepare business presentations for the CEO.
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response post consultation with the CEO.
- Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings
- Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming
commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. The EA acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated

Education and Experience Requirements
- Management Degree
- IT Experience would be desirable
- Experience of around 5-6 yrs in similar role working with CEO- s/Presidents/Heads of Business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
