As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources department and contributing to the organization's overall success.

You will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing exceptional support to employees.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding of new employees:

- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

- Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.

Employee Records and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.

- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

- Prepare HR-related documents, including employment verification letters and disciplinary actions.

Benefits Administration:

- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.

- Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure timely processing.

- Help employees understand the company's benefits offerings.

Performance Management:

- Support the performance appraisal process, tracking timelines and documentation.

- Assist in organizing performance reviews and 360-degree feedback evaluations.

- Maintain performance-related records and ensure confidentiality.

Employee Relations:

- Provide initial support to employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.

- Escalate employee relations matters to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary.

- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Training and Development:

- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.

- Assist in monitoring training attendance and effectiveness.

- Maintain training records and produce reports as needed.

HR Compliance:

- Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices.

- Assist in compliance-related tasks, such as EEO reporting and workplace posters.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience in HR or a related administrative role is preferred.

- MBA in HR or a related field.

- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
