Cloudnine - Head - Procurement

- Budgeting and planning of funds for procurement of materials and ensuring optimum utilization of materials with maximum cost savings and meeting anticipatory orders.

- Interview and hire staff, and oversee staff training.

- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.

- Interfacing with cross functional departments for ascertaining procurement plans of materials.

- Entire Relationship management with Suppliers and end users

- Strategic planning with expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve cost reduction in terms of Procurement, Inventory carrying costs.

- Initiate and updating purchase policy and implementation of same. Formulating and establishing professional purchase procedure for cost efficient purchase of material.

- Purchase Planning & Procurement, vendor management, price negotiation, including rate contract finalization inventories across the business divisions of organization.

- Monitoring service level agreements with vendors.

- Budgeting, Medical Equipment planning & procurement, Equipment Service contracts and Maintenance.
