Responsibilities :
- Assist in creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Rapidly experiment with customers to refine and validate ideas for value, usability and feasibility
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact, balancing short and long term goals
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Requirements
- Past experience in being a part of conceptualizing, building and shipping enterprise or SMB products
- Exposure to and/or hands-on experience with collaborating with business leaders
- Exposure to and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Exposure to and/or hands-on experience with UI/UX principles and designing for emotional engagement
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to do what it takes to ship great software
