Responsibilities:
- Creating content that is engaging, informative, and aligns with the company's brand across all the channels.
- Working closely with Sales organization, execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising, generating Inbound and outbound Leads .
- Establish a strong inbound lead generation engine that runs well-planned, synchronized campaigns leveraging multiple channels.
- Develop and Define Lead generation objectives, goals, metrics, best practices, processes to drive successful customer acquisition and upsell opportunities.
- Manage ,monitor and measure company's social media accounts effectiveness by creating content , scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and analyzing performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity and share key insights with management
- Collaborate with other departments to create visual assets for campaigns and other marketing materials and to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Develop and manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing initiatives are cost-effective
- Build and collaborate with a highly talented pool of external partners and vendors that will help develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in order to implement new ideas and strategies.
- Set and Track KPI's for the marketing organization.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Master's degree in marketing with an overall experience of 8 to 10 Years, in the IT industry
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be able to think creatively and strategically to develop effective campaigns and marketing plans.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and to tailor the company's marketing efforts.
- Important to have experience with digital marketing tools and platforms like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator to create and edit visual assets for marketing campaigns.
- Knowing the basics of HTML and CSS will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- SEO and SEM tools: Strong knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM), social media optimization (SMO), search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click marketing (PPC).
