Speacialist - Inside Sales - Salesforce
Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Qualification :
- Utilize various prospecting techniques to identify and generate qualified leads interested in Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage leads, understand their needs and challenges, and determine their fit for our offerings.
- Qualify leads according to established criteria and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Sales & Solution Presentation :
- Develop a strong understanding of our Salesforce solutions and their value proposition.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the benefits of Salesforce to potential clients.
- Address client inquiries and objections with clear and confident communication.
Client Relationship Building :
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients through effective communication and active listening.
- Partner with the sales team to progress qualified leads through the sales cycle and ensure a smooth buying experience.
Sales Reporting & Analytics :
- Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and optimize lead generation and qualification strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, ideally focused on selling Salesforce solutions or related CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and its core functionalities (a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone and through email.
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads, nurture relationships, and drive sales growth.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
