AVP sales - Salesforce
Responsibilities :
Enterprise Client Management :
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing enterprise accounts within the assigned territory (Bangalore or Hyderabad).
- Proactively identify client needs and challenges, and develop strategic solutions leveraging the power of Salesforce.
- Foster long-term client partnerships by providing ongoing support, ensuring successful solution adoption, and exceeding client expectations.
Sales & Revenue Growth :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of Salesforce solutions and their alignment with client objectives.
- Close deals and contribute significantly to revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Salesforce Expertise :
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, applications, and best practices for enterprise deployments.
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce advancements to ensure clients benefit from cutting-edge solutions.
Communication & Collaboration :
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build trust and effectively communicate the value of Salesforce solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a demonstrably successful track record within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven experience in managing and growing relationships with enterprise-level clients.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, applications, and best practices for enterprise deployments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with senior executives.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
- Experience in developing and executing successful sales plans (a plus).
