Cloud Lending Solutions, a rapidly growing start-up and a leader in cloud-based lending systems, is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Vice President, Marketing to help us build marketplace momentum and generate demand. Reporting to the CMO and working closely with Sales, Marketing and Partners, the Vice President, Marketing will be a key generator of demand for Cloud Lending Solutions- products and offerings.

- He/she will be responsible for the development and delivery of all Cloud Lending Solutions outbound marketing, online marketing, integrated marketing campaigns, messaging, sales tools, and online and offline events.

- S/he will be the glue between Sales and Marketing, driving revenue on a daily basis.

Responsibilities :

Demand Generation :

- Drive our revenue system from database marketing, prospect scoring and integration with CRM (Salesforce) to track and measure the effectiveness of demand generation programs, with visibility through to closed deals.

- Implement effective lead scoring and prospect qualification.

- Develop and manage execution of marketing programs targeting new clients, such as online marketing, direct marketing, database development, newsletters, webinars, conference calls, sales support programs, automated nurturing programs, regional demand creation programs

- Extensive global event participation including trade shows, industry events, user group, customer advisory and partner leadership events.

- The development and deployment of best in class SEM, SEO

- Develop and manage execution of marketing programs targeting existing clients, such as welcome programs, retention programs, newsletters, webinars, Customer Advisory Board, customer reference programs

Management and Leadership :

- Working closely and collaboratively with the CMO, other company executives, and in alignment with the company's mission and strategies, s/he will lead execution of marketing initiatives and supporting technologies.

- The VP will also provide leadership, motivation and vision to the marketing team in India.

Metrics Driven :

- Produce weekly management reports and dashboards to deliver executive insight into the revenue cycle, marketing effectiveness conversion metrics and ROI measurement by campaign, channel and program, demonstrating marketing and sales- contribution to pipeline development and new bookings revenue.

- Compile relevant data for measuring program and team productivity against both internal and external benchmarks.

- Measure website effectiveness (rankings, conversions, etc) vs. direct competitors and best in class B2B organizations.

Corporate Marketing and Communication :

- Branding and company awareness in the market place.

- Consistent messaging execution inclusive of web site, PR, corporate PPT's, case studies, product collateral, corporate blogs, etc.

- Expand social media and viral marketing strategies including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, SlideShare, LinkedIn and third party portals, blogs

Skills And Personal Characteristics Required :

- Significant prior experience within enterprise class software and/or SaaS and Financial Services industry products and services.

- At least 12 years prior marketing experience required, at least 8 of which will have been in a managerial capacity.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, in line with budget expectations and to strategy.

- Evidence of having thrived in a fast growth, open environment. Ideally will have worked in a B2B SaaS startup company supporting a direct sales model and partner marketing. .

- Hire and develop a world class marketing team to execute against these strategies.

Management :

- Strong leadership, organization, planning, communication and execution skills.

- Will be a proponent of excellence, directness and integrity.

- Must effectively balance both planning and execution.

- Must be practical and have a willingness to directly contribute to marketing activities and programs where needed.

Communication :

- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to build the strong relationships that will be critical to the success of this role.

- Must be able to work with suppliers and partners at all levels.

Education : Master's degrees in business from top B School
