Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creating opportunities
- Qualifying prospects
- Performing software demos
- Closing deals
- Some travel is required and it will be mostly travel within the territory and travel for trade shows
Competencies - Must to Have:
- In-depth knowledge of lending and lending operations
- Ability to manage a territory and pipeline
- Ability to conduct level one demos
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
- Ability to make a solid ROI case to prospects based on the specifics of their business
- Disciplined use of the company CRM is must
Value add:
- Lending or banking experience is a plus
- Miller Heiman Strategic Selling knowledge is a plus
Must to Have:
- 6 to 8 years documented SaaS software sales experience and success
- Experience/Knowledge of working in a regional sales model in Europe/ APAC/ ANZ
- Experience in managing customer relationships and maintaining relationships in a B2B environment
- Proven experience of meeting/ exceeding targets in a metric driven sales environment
- Strong analytic and probing skills; attention to detail; good listener; good organizational skills
- Excellent ability in analyzing opportunity
- MBA from tier 1 and tier 2 institutes
- Work timings Department/Sales Geography specific
Value add:
- Prior experience with Loan management software companies such as Nucleus, Nortridge, Temenos, Dominion, IDS, InfoLease, Lease Team, Megasys, Fiserv, Jack Henry, FIS, and Salesforce.com is a plus
- Software sales, preferably in financial services industry
Our expectations upon joining:
- Gain in depth knowledge about our products and their market positioning within 2-3 weeks
- Start to build a pipeline within 4-5 weeks
- Build forecast for the quarter within 6-8 weeks
- Book business within 60 days
