Cloud Lending Inc - Business Analyst - Banking Domain

As the subject matter expert for lending and leasing, this position is responsible for reviewing customer's business requirements, write specifications, architect solutions and engage technical team through delivery.

Ideal candidate will have previous Banking software experience (T24, Finacle, Oracle Financial Services, TCS Bancs, Polaris).

You are expected to play a key role in managing and monitoring processes and drive continuous improvement in the areas of customer delivery, customer support and customer management. You will need to be a resilient technology professional, who has a delivery focused mind and is happy to be in a fast paced/ evolving environment, where process and roles change.

You will be reporting to Regional P&L Head.

Specific duties are :

- Create, own and manage customer's business requirements document and deliver against such requirements

- Reviews customer requests, business requirements, designs custom development projects, and writes specifications.

- Participate in a collaborative, heavy Agile/ Scrum environment where you will be an integral part of Agile processes, ceremonies, creating user stories and acceptance criteria.

Project management :

- Attend post testing/implementation meetings and identify and resolve problems arising during and after implementation

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst

- Heavy Agile experience is required, CSM is preferred

- Experience defining technical and functional requirements for web apps within an Agile environment

- Development project experience (applications, web)
