Cloud Economics Specialist - FinOps

Candidates should have Bachelor's degree in one of the following: engineering, business management, finance (master's degree in accounting preferred) having 5 to 8 yrs of experience As a Cloud Economics Specialist - FinOps & will be responsible for the daily operations of cloud economics, which includes gathering the necessary data to generate reports and/or slides for CSP spend. Additionally, you will be responsible for the update of regular reporting for Client

- Experience working in technology industry, preferably in cloud operations or product and services

- Experience in cost management tools such as CloudHealth, Cloudability, CloudCheckr.

- Experience with data analysis, specifically cloud financial management

- Demonstrate intermediate understanding of cloud managed services, the cloud billing process, and cost optimization

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills across multiple practices internally and externally with clients

- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

Skills desired :

- Experience in vendor management and credits

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Certification in Cloud technologies is added advantage.

Responsibilities :

- Acknowledge and respond to billing requests from project or client leadership

- Extract necessary data from various tools (such as CloudHealth, Cloudability, CloudCheckr, CSP Consoles, etc.)

- Compile data and summarize findings using standard templates for tables/slides

- Maintain and update dashboards and reports on a regular basis

- Generate weekly and/or monthly reports for project teams and/or clients

- Respond to clients with CSP billing requests

- Support other reporting if necessary
