POSITION TITLE:

CLOUD DEVELOPMENT COACH

PURPOSE AND

OBJECTIVES The Agile & Cloud Development Competence team establishes Agile & Cloud engineering methods. We help teams via coaching and projects to improve their team & technical expertise to develop and deliver software fast and in high quality. The core team was based mainly in Walldorf and now establishes permanent presence in other locations like Shanghai and Bangalore.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a Cloud Development Coach, you are expected to do the following

- Create & pilot best practice content for educating Java developers

- Coach teams to adopt Agile & Cloud concepts like scrum/Kanban, TDD, Microservices, Continuous Delivery & DevOps

- Set up & contribute to a virtual team of Agile & Cloud coaches .

- Train other coaches from units and support location training activities

- Contribute to strategic projects for key Cloud Services.

WORK EXPERIENCE

- 5 years development experience in Java Technologies

- 2 years Agile & Cloud training / coaching experience

- Preferable: - 2 years experience with Cloud development

- Additional External start-up experienced preferred

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

- University degree in Engineering or business administration

- Fluency in English
