IT MARKETING MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B Lead Generation, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork and other B2B platforms.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of lead generation strategies, client relationship management, and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for generating high-quality B2B leads through multiple channels, including Upwork, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Using Email Marketing, SEO, SMM, and digital marketing to generate Leads.
- Identify and engage potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure new clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by optimizing the sales funnel and maximizing conversion rates.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams, Mentor and guide junior sales team members to achieve their goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years in IT Marketing, business development, or lead generation with a focus on B2B markets.
- Knowledge and expertise in SEO, SMM, Email Marketing.
- Proficiency in leveraging Upwork, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms for lead generation.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.
- Proven expertise in managing client relationships and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and optimize processes.
Location: Gurugram
On-site JOB , 5 Days Working (Weekends off)
