Business Development Manager (IT Services)
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the Salesforce industry, particularly in overseas sales.
- The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce products and services, combined with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
- With at least 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, and client management, this individual will drive growth initiatives, cultivate partnerships, and expand our market presence on a global scale.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in overseas markets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and position our Salesforce solutions as the optimal choice to meet their requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to align business development initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management roles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in overseas & Domestic markets.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, services, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
