Job Title: Closing Manager - Real Estate


Location: Goregaon, Mumbai


Industry: Real Estate


Shift: Day Shift (6 Days Working | Sunday Working | One Rostered Weekly Off)


Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in Real Estate Sales Closures


Key Responsibilities:


- Handle walk-in clients at project sites or sales offices and understand their property requirements.


- Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures through effective communication and negotiation.


- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial inquiry to final booking and documentation.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.


- Stay updated with current market trends, competitor analysis, and real estate pricing strategies.


- Drive sales through direct marketing, referrals, and walk-in traffic; collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation initiatives.


- Respond promptly to inquiries from advertising, hoardings, and online portals.


- Interact with corporate clients, HNIs, and MNCs for premium property closures.


- Coordinate with the CRM and documentation teams to ensure seamless post-sales service.


- Ensure timely product knowledge and price updates are communicated to channel partners.


- Define and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Required Skillsets:


- Graduation is mandatory.


- MBA is preferred


- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales closures.


- Strong closing ability with a result-oriented approach.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.


- Confident, well-groomed, and customer-centric personality.


- Good understanding of real estate buyer behavior and decision-making cycle.


- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
