- To strategize CLM tools and campaigns to drive key KPIs
- To drive and guide circle teams to ensure growth of revenue through campaign tools

a) Conceptualize and Drive Special Projects – Pre/Post base
b) Drive Loyalty Campaigns - Pre /Postpaid base
3. Retention
a) Reduction in downgrades from HV bucket Churn %age

4. Devise Strategy for HV Prepaid Base with process intervention along with other functions
MBA with 6 / 7 yrs of experience with relevant telecom experience
High analytical skills with high interpersonal skills.
