Role Overview: Growth Manager.

- As a Growth Manager at Clinikk, reporting directly to the founders, you will lead initiatives that shape the future of healthcare.

- This role requires a data-driven, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, startup environment and excels at crafting and executing growth strategies that drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:.

Strategise and Execute Growth Initiatives:.

- Develop and execute innovative strategies to optimise acquisition channels, including field sales, - telesales, partnerships, and paid marketing.

- Identify and establish new sales and marketing channels from scratch, if required.

Campaign Management:.

- Strategise, execute, and optimise high-impact campaigns to achieve measurable revenue outcomes.

Data-Driven Insights:.

- Leverage data to craft targeted strategies that improve key performance metrics.

- Do growth modeling, projections, and ROI analysis to guide decision-making.

- Understanding of CRMs is a plus.

Performance Marketing:.

- Manage on-going marketing efforts and keep evolving new strategies and plans for growth.

Process and Metrics:.

- Standardise processes and create SOPs for acquisition channels.

- Define, track, and optimize metrics to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:.

- Partner with product, operations and clinical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and align growth strategies.

Requirements:.

- Experience: 3+ years in growth, product, or marketing roles with a proven track record of driving results across acquisition channels.
