- Lead, motivate and support a team of recruiters and support staff to successfully and strategically deliver on hiring goals and increase productivity.
- Create and implement a staffing business strategy and infrastructure that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, customer management, and candidate satisfaction
- Should be able to define a unique strategy that becomes the company's moat in hiring quality talent
- Lead end to end critical roles' hiring.
- Oversee the management and development of a team of recruiters, and create and maintain a team environment of continuous improvement and self-learning with a focus on team efficiency and productivity.
- Understand manpower requirement from the hiring manager, skill mapping, sourcing and screening resumes, and Lead discussion to qualify candidates.
- Understand skills, demand and supply, market mapping and intelligence. Maintain candidate database and generate reports
- Sourcing profiles from job portals, referrals, social media, headhunting, target sourcing, pipeline management, networking, etc.
- Co-ordinate end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding and facilitate timely closures. Must be well organised, maintain recruitment dashboard, ATS
- Develop and track individual and team targets in terms of filling positions and conversion by adhering to predefined recruitment norms of the company.
A successful candidate for this role should have:
- Graduate /Postgraduate with 6+ years of hard-core hands-on experience of hiring for tech, non-tech and senior roles
- Must have built and managed a minimum of 5 recruiters for at least 5 years in a full-time role for a product based startup
- Must have worked in a hyper-growth startup and was responsible for the entire hiring strategy per the business objectives in companies where manpower grew 2-3x under their team
- Must have high energy levels, and handle extreme recruitment pressure with extensive experience in sourcing, assessing, communicating with and hiring senior technical talent.
- Must be from a Top tier college
- Have had experience in hiring from campuses
- Must have the experience in using ATS systems
- Experience in employer branding is a bonus
