Clinical Analyst - International Projects - Healthcare

Our client is a U.S. Bay Area software product company since 8 years with a mission to transform the building industry. They have developed a sophisticated software platform to transform traditional, professional services in the building design and construction industry .

The Company is now looking for a Clinical Analyst for international projects with experience in business / strategy consulting in Healthcare to be based in Bangalore. This role is an opportunity to innovate and invent the future of healthcare design in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities: This position consists of the following responsibilities.

a. work with clients to gather data and analyse & define problem statements. This typically involves travelling to client sites, interviewing client executives, facilitating workshops, working with client IT teams to extract & acquire data etc

b. use in house tools and products to analyse the received data, translate the analysis into space & process recommendations which have to be delivered as reports and presentations

c. participate in presenting results to senior client executives

Qualifications

- Very strong analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in multiple languages incl English & Hindi).

- Very strong statistical modelling skills, which is further aided by :

- Strong knowledge of modelling tools (R/SAS/SPSS,Excel)

- Familiarity with programming tools (Python, Java, MySQL, SQL, Linux)

- Ability to effectively meet deadlines especially while working on multiple projects

- Attention to detail (esp numbers),

- Skilled in visual representation (graphs) and presentations

- Strong understanding of Hospitals and how their processes and information systems work

- Have great listening and interpersonal skills - be able to be very effective with diverse internal and client teams

- Min an undergraduate degree and a MHA / MBA (both from PREMIER COLLEGES)

- Min 2+ years of RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE in each of these skills

- Experience in delivering consulting engagements with top notch strategic consulting organizations

- Motivated, self starter and team player

- Willingness to travel (Domestic and International)

1. Experience in working with hospitals for understanding patient flows and processes and documentation

2. Understanding of different services within a hospital such as MRI, ECG, OT and others

4. Experience with tools like R/ SPSS/SAS/EXCEL and familiarity with programming tools like Python, Java etc - specifying each used with period worked and projects/products done

5. Experience in making presentations to top management and clients.
