Loylty Rewardz Mngt. Pvt. Ltd. is India’s Premier Loyalty & Relationship management company. We help industries to develop and operate Loyalty Programs, installing best loyalty marketing practices and processes, generating lasting relationships and garnering incremental business with their customer base. Founded in 2006, Loylty Rewardz management has a history of creating large-scale, successful customer-focused loyalty programs. We are venture-funded by VenturEast Venture Capital Fund and Canaan Partners.
Loylty Rewardz currently manages Loyalty Programs for over 160 mn of the about 220mn Debit cards in India. We began by managing the Loyalty program for India's largest bank - State Bank of India and currently have a significant dominance amongst the Public Sector Banks here with over 55% market share amongst all credit & debit cards put together. Currently we also manage loyalty programs for HDFC, Citibank, ISB & the likes. We would soon be launching a very innovative group loyalty platform that will help us consolidate the strengths of the different programs we run.
Objective
- Develop long term relationships with clients
- Design loyalty programs for banks/ travel/ retail clients
- Drive revenue through innovative channels
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management
- Identify key stakeholders/ decision makers in banks; develop strong business relations with them; connect regularly & proactively on strategic & operations business requirements
- Loyalty Program Construct
- Participate in design of the loyalty program; liaison with program management, technology, HR, operations, partnerships teams for RFP inputs; submit RFP to clients; seek inputs from the head on client presentations; track loyalty programs & campaigns of competitors
- Customer Business Understanding
- Discuss key business drivers with client; keep pace with changing dynamics of customer business
- Program Implementation & Maintenance
- Share program construct with the program management team; provide inputs & liaison with customer for program implementation; provide inputs to internal teams for feature upgrades based on customer requirements
- Customer Value driver
- Liaison with marketing team for exclusive campaigns for the bank; share insights with clients based on inputs from analytics team
Candidate Profile
- MBA/ Mass Communication
- Atleast 5 years of client servicing experience. Understanding of loyalty domain preferred
