Client Servicing Role - General Insurance/Broking Industry

Urgent hiring for Client Servicing role for Mumbai/Pune location.

Profile : Client Servicing (EB/Non-EB)

Experience : Min 3 years relevant

Location : Mumbai/Pune

Industry : Only from General Insurance/Broking industry

Major Deliverables:

- Servicing of corporate for their Employee Benefit/Non Employee Benefit Portfolio

- Assist the Account Manager to set up the policy administration framework with the Insurance company

- Ensure effective roll out of all the policy inception processes at respective client locations

- Monitor and manage the monthly endorsement with Insurer for all addition and deletion cases

- Assist Client and members with claim support as and when needed

- Build relationship with Insurance company representatives in the region for ensuring efficient service delivery
