- Building strong and active relationships with clients. Ensure quick resolution and keeping customer informed about the progress in cases
- Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and absence of problem incidence.
- Proactively escalate potential issues/concerns.
- Have good knowledge of MF, Structure Product, PMS,AIF, Broking, Bonds/NCD.
- Providing MIS and statements as required by clients. Liaisoning with various Internal and external operations teams to keep a track of all customer investments/queries.
- Ensure account opening and documentation is completed within TAT.
- Ensure internal and external regulatory guidelines are followed.
- Suggesting internal processes improvements.
- Maintaining and updating of client records at periodic intervals and act as a single point of contact for RM's, Clients and the Operations Team.
