- Client servicing who can work for Multiple Clients

- He/She should know the mainline and support clients for mainline requirements

- Should have worked on Social Media Support, and mainline support to our cliential

- Should be well-versed with the applications and tools revolving around social media and other tools

- Should be fluent in English, Hindi and other regional language.

- Should have minimum 2-5 years of experience into client servicing role.

- Should know the tools of Advertising Agency.

- Should have managed 2 or more clients in the current organization

- Should be a coordinator and should coordinate with different stakeholders to get the work done

- Should have managed escalations and work around it to get resolutions

- Should have the eye for details and get the requirement done for the client before hand.
