Client Servicing Manager/Relationship Manager
Job Description :
- To build strong client relationships at the highest level.
- To help identify and convert new business opportunities.
- To seek and develop client development opportunities.
- Act as primary contact; maintain and manage the daily relationship, consult with sales team to acquire a clear understanding of business needs/ Managing the signing process for the acquired membership
- Verify client agreements.
- Coordinate and deliver reporting.
- Plan and conduct effective in-person and/or phone meetings.
- Maintain a strong partnership based on shared commitment to mutual goals.
- Ensures satisfaction and reference ability.
- Take ownership of the managing key accounts.
- Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
- Maintain the client database using an effective CRM suite.
Requirements of the role :
- 5- 10 years of experience working with the luxury segment/Hospitality/High end automobile.
- Skills and Knowledge : 5-6 yrs of Client Relationship Management experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management focus, attention to detail, verbal/written communication skills strong leadership skills.
- Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Target driven.
- Good understanding of dealing with HNI's and UHNI's.
- Ability to manage a diverse and independent customer base.
- University degree, preferably majoring in Business or related disciplines.
- MBA (desirable).
