Client Servicing Manager - Digital Marketing Firm

Client Profile :

Our client is a full-service digital marketing company. They are an online marketing company, who offer digital and web based services such as website design and development, e-commerce applications, online marketing, online workflow applications, site and server management, search marketing and web analytics.

Candidate Profile :

4 - 6 years- work experience and passionate about Digital Marketing and can work under intense pressure and tight deadlines to deliver projects while at the same time building relationships and growing the business. Should have strong skillsets in handling project management and project delivery as well as business development. The candidate would need to be a self-starter and a motivated person, with experience in building and growing relationships with clients and colleagues.

Job Profile :

Project Management Responsibilities :

- Take and prepare briefs, with attention to detail

- Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

- Identify resources needed within the company and assign individual responsibilities.

- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.

- Prepare for reviews and quality assurance procedures.

- Minimize organization exposure and risk on projects.

- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately

Project Accounting Responsibilities :

- Track and report team hours and expenses on a timely basis.

- Manage project budgets

- Ensure timely and accurate billing, and monitors receivables for project.

- Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.

- Analyse project profitability, revenue, margins, rates and utilization.

Business Development Responsibilities :

- Build relationships and grow the business

- Working as a strategic digital marketing partner with clients

- Achieve business and revenue targets while at the same time ensuring that the requisite profit margins are maintained
