Job Title : Client Servicing Manager - Digital Marketing - Mumbai
The Client Servicing Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients within a digital agency.
This individual will act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with various agency departments to deliver digital solutions that meet client objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact and manage client expectations.
- Strategic Planning: Understand client business goals and objectives to develop digital strategies in collaboration with the agency's creative and technical teams.
- This includes creating client decks to present strategies and plans effectively.
- Project Management: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all client projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
- Communication: Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Internal Liaising: Working with the heads of internal department, to manage teams in delivering on time results/output in order to retain and grow all customer accounts, taking responsibility for the quality of work carried out by all team members.
- Feedback and Reporting: Collect client feedback, monitor campaign performance, and generate performance reports to share with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identify client issues and concerns, proactively address them, and work collaboratively with the agency team to find effective solutions.
- Business Development: Assist in identifying growth opportunities with existing clients and potentially participate in new business pitches.
- Billings: To manage account billings, spends tracking and collections
Key Skills :
- Hands on knowledge of all Digital channels: Social Media, PPC, SEO, Web etc.
- Proficiency with MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Understanding of new social tools.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e. , Google Analytics).

Mandatory:
- Proven experience as a Client Servicing Manager or a similar role in a digital agency setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and digital production processes is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients at senior level.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
