1. Summary
Responsible for the commercial management of a group of clients and management and development of account teams under their supervision. Contributes to new business development activity and leads new pitches.
2. Responsibilities
- Form a strategic partnership with clients by ensuring a deep understanding of their business and the industry they operate in and make quality recommendations
- Build and maintain progressive client relationships
- Client engagement and commercial negotiation
- Client strategy development and the production and quarterly review of key account plans.
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of work delivered to clients, including organising quarterly key account reviews with sponsors at the client’s end and internal project reviews
- Closely working with the creative, copy, development and delivery teams
- Financial management and reporting of client portfolio
- Maintaining team motivation and retaining key team members
- Line managing and developing team members
- Lead team in projects
- Ensure their KRAs are aligned to their respective roles
3. Preferred Skills
- Exhibits detailed awareness and knowledge of the web (today and tomorrow)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to go beyond the specifications of the job profile if required to complete an assigned responsibility
