Relationship Management - Client Servicing
- Client servicing
- Exposure to Domestic/ International Clients
- Team Management
- Grow new and existing accounts
- Act as a bridge between the organization and the client
- To nurture / develop a relationship between the client and the organization for mutual benefit
- To increase market share
- Account Coverage and Account Management on a National Basis with select industry clients.
- Meeting Targets as per the productivity norms set by Head – Sales.
- Relationship Development Building with the assigned Corporate.
- Developing Enterprise Account based strategy i.e. understanding the existing telecom solutions and proposing solutions to maximize share of business
- Understand the business, market needs and the competitive environment of the client
- Thoroughly understand the business of the organization in order to develop a true business relationship with the customer and cater to his/her needs accordingly
- Help build the relationship with the customer by helping the customer get the best customized solution s/he can get

- Ability to communicate effectively with senior corporate personnel internally as well as in customer organizations.
Experience
- 9-13 Years (Min 6 Years in Account Management or Client Servicing)
Education
- Graduate with some Sales/Marketing related qualification
