Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, understanding their unique needs and business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying client challenges and opportunities to leverage our services.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely and efficient resolution of any issues or concerns.
Client Success & Growth:
- Develop and implement customized solutions that deliver significant value and contribute to client success.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement in the client experience.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client lifetime value.
Account Management & Communication:
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding project updates, product developments, and relevant industry trends.
- Manage client contracts and ensure adherence to agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
- Effectively manage internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative environment within the client services team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams (e. , Sales, Marketing, Support) to deliver a cohesive and successful client experience.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the industry.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
