Client Service Manager - Digital Marketing Agency

- Client Service Manager Will be responsible for increasing and protecting the business interest of the company by working with new and existing Clients and supporting the Senior Associate with strategic marketing support they require to take their Brand consistently and strategically to the World.

- Proactively supports and contributes to the Client Servicing Team responsible for the CLIENT

- Serve as a resource for his/ her team with respect to writing, style, and content creation and structure. Write, edit, proofread, review, and provide support as required by the CLIENT.

- Conceptualizing copy for Print and Digital as and when required for the client

- Supports her/ his team by collaborating on talking points in a creative brief and creation of content that caters to these talking points

- Supports her/ his team by performing a Litmus Test on all marketing initiatives planned by thinking outside in, and inside out to determine the relevance of the creative prior to the release of the same to the client.

- Supports her/ his team to ensure accurate and timely Client delivery through the development process from initial concepts, research, artwork creation, documentation, implementation within the required timeline to ensure best in class deliverables to all CLIENTS.

- Creating social media copy and planning social media campaigns designed to leverage the CLIENT's marketing efforts.

- Brainstorming and contributing to the Account Team's efforts on brand communication/ strategy for the CLIENT

- Effectively position company's service offerings with a focus on consistent client retention.

- Supports her/ his team by meeting and liaises with clients to discuss and identify their requirements;

- Creates/ Edits content and talk lines in all creatives to ensure accuracy and relevance to the CLIENT.

- Supports s her/ his team to present creative work to clients for approval or modification

- Manages the ongoing quality and relevance of creatives & content used therein on the CLIENT's creative portal

- Works with the digital team associated to the CLIENT to provide them with content as and when required

- Undertakes research as and when required by her/ his team for a required deliverable for the CLIENT

- Undertakes administrative work required by the CLIENT

- Write content designed to leverage and further strengthen the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) capabilities of the CLIENT

- Analyze and create/modify content processes, templates, and documentation to increase efficiency and quality of work.

General Requirements :

- Represents the company in all public forums, networking opportunities

- Is familiar with publishing software and marketing techniques. Creates brand enhancing copy,as and when required, for Clients

- Keeps abreast of market trends and respond as needed liaise/ coordinate with the advertising agencies and media companies.

- Analyzes and understands the different needs of the market segments and implements strategies/programs as appropriate to maximize profitability

- Explores and recommends opportunities/ marketing ideas/ concepts that may strengthen the Companies positioning.
