Responsibilities:
Relationship Development:
- Cultivate and expand relationships with high-net-worth customers.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for increasing the bank's share of the customer's business.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure top-notch service and adherence to bank policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Product Cross-Selling:
- Promote and sell existing bank products to current customers.
- Inform customers about new products or enhancements that could benefit them.
Sales Initiatives:
- Plan and execute special sales events and initiatives targeting prospective and current clients.
- Work towards achieving set sales targets and objectives.
Coordination with Other Companies:
- Collaborate with other group companies to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
- Ensure seamless access to a broad range of products and services.
Record Maintenance:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Keep track of customer profiles and relationship status.
Customer Satisfaction Tracking:
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and turnaround times.
- Implement improvements based on customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in retail branch banking, preferably with high-net-worth individuals.
