Risk Manage Account - Client Relationship Manager
- Maintain and improve client satisfaction, retention, revenue and profitability.
- Delivery of proper insurance broking and consultancy services to the satisfaction of AGIB clients.
- Prepare client plans and co-ordinate the overall end-to-end service delivery to agreed standards.
- To conduct risk assessment, risk profiling, insurance cover design, liaison and negotiate with insurance market, placement administration/maintenance of cover, general risk consulting advice,
- Claims advice, at a service level in accordance with the - best practice- of the division and Global Business Unit standard.
- Develop within the role and increase technical insurance knowledge
- Manage renewal, retention and growth of existing accounts with effective client relationships.
- Co-ordinate the overall renewal process and ongoing service needs.
- Individually initiate and close new business opportunities from potential clients and Aon network and, where required, support the dept head.
- Analyse clients- coverage needs, collect and analyse relevant information to identify risk transfer solutions.
- Advice clients and colleagues on the scope of coverage available for different products to establish the appropriate product that meets the clients' coverage needs.
- Review and quality check insurance documentation at a pre-determined stage in the process to establish whether the selected product accurately reflects clients' coverage requirements.
- Produce all re-insurance documentation for negotiation and confirmation of coverage i.e. includes co-ordination of timely delivery of documentation to the client).
- Establish and maintain risk placement files, ensure all risk information is accurate, complete and up-to- date and distribute information to appropriate individuals when required.
- Work with other professionals on an individual account or a portfolio of accounts to ensure that relevant information is shared among appropriate individuals and required actions are taken to meet clients' needs.
- Assist developing promotional materials and participate in trade shows, conferences, marketing and PR campaigns designed to enhance the image of products and services.
- Provide advice to clients and colleagues on market developments and share knowledge of market trends to enhance the overall value proposition.
- Ensure the appropriate staff are aware of all risks with warranties. Review status ensuring warranties are met.
- Ability to cross sell and up-sell.
- Ensure client retention and improve revenue for the company with new business and cross sell opportunities
- Prepare market submissions and presentations for new business and renewals to ensure that they effectively sell the clients risk to the market
- Prepare and maintain cross-sell matrix for clients handled.
