Client Relationship Manager - Recruitment

Flex-I Partners is an Executive Search firm focusing on Middle and Senior Management searches globally. We have our offices in India, UAE, Qatar & Oman. The Role :

- Responsible for client relations of UAE

- Generate more business from existing clients

- Identify new clients.

- Work closely with delivery team to source CVs and close mandates.

- Generate timely feedback on CVs sent to clients.

- Coordinate interviews and handle salary negotiations as and when required.

- MIS and reporting.

The Person :

- MBA with 1- 3 years in client relations/Business development with a recruitment firm.

- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
