Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager in Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pune.

- The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

- The Client Relationship Manager will also be responsible for managing client accounts, creating reports, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet the client's needs.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Experience managing client accounts and providing customer support

- Experience in software solutions or related field B2B

- An understanding of emerging technologies

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Staff Agumentation Sales or IT sales candidate will be prefered.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile is a plus.
