Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing the account post account acquisition for key large accounts, to overlooking project deliverables as per schedule.
- Monitor, track, and report performance relative to targets and refine to optimize results
- Must be able to think out of the box, willingness to learn & must be detail oriented
- End to end Account Management, Client Relationship, Business Development, Sales Origination, Revenue Generation.
- Planning & Developing Strategies for key accounts, should lead with ability to work autonomously to strategically plan.
- Communicating with clients through written communication, conference calls and meetings.
Desired candidate profile :
- 8 - 12 years of Work Experience, preferably into Client Servicing / Key Account Management / Relationship Management with Mid to Large IT Organisations, managing Large key Accounts like Global MNC's ( Like Microsoft, CISCO, Dell, SAP, Verizon etc)
- Excellent planning, analytical, conceptual and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage changing requirements and short timelines, as well as multiple overlapping projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with a well-developed ability to grasp assignments and execute them from inception to completion.
- Strong MS Office skills esp. in Excel, Word & Power point.
